2 lbs ground beef or chicken
1 bunch of parsley finely chopped washed and well drained
1 Onion finely chopped
4 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes, optional
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients well.
Form into a ball and form into sausage form about 1 inch thick
Insert skewer for barbeque.
You can fry or barbeque.
Tzatziki : Yogurt Cucumber Sauce
1 (16 ounce) container low-fat plain yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated and drained
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients together.
