Sotanghon Soup

SOTANGHON SOUP

1 Chicken Breast

1 Chicken Bullion Cube

Chicken Liver, chopped (Optional)

Garlic, minced

Onions, chopped

Water

Salt 

Fish Sauce (Optional)

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Green Onions Chopped

1 can Quail Eggs

 2 bunches of sotanghon soaked in water

YOU CAN REPLACE THE CHICKEN BREAST TO THE GROCERY BOUGHT ROASTED CHICKEN, SHRED THE CHICKEN BREAST AND JUST USE CHICKEN BROTH IN CANS OR TETRA PACKS.

Boil chicken breast in water and chicken cube. Save broth.

Shred chicken.

Saute garlic and onions.

Add shredded chicken and liver

Flavour with salt, pepper and fish sauce.

Add the chicken broth.

Add sotanghon. Let boil until sotanghon is cooked.

Add the quail eggs.

Serve hot with chopped green onions.
