Pork with Fishball Soup

Ribs or Neckbones

Fishballs

Cabbage

Carrots

Potatoes

Green Onions

Bokchoy

Salt

Black Peppercorns

 

Boil the meat once and throw out the water.

Boil meat with salt and peppercorns.

Halfway through boiling add potatoes and carrots.

Add fishballs.

When about ready to serve add green onions and bokchoy.

Serve with fish sauce.
