Pork, cut in cubes
Lemon or Calamansi
2 TBSP Sweet Relish
Red Bell Pepper, cubed
1 can Chick Peas
Tomato Sauce or Tomato catsup (I like using catsup, If you use tomato sauce add a sprinkle of sugar)
Saute garlic and onion. Add marinated pork once the onion is transluscent. Put marinade excess on the side.
Once pork is done, add carrots and potatoes. Add some water.
When carrots and potatoes are cooked add the chickpeas.
Add the marinade juice. Mix well.
Add tomato sauce or catsup.
Let boil in medium heat. Mix well.
It is done when the sauce is slightly thick.
Sprinkle with coriander leaves if desired.
