Ground Pork

Diced Carrots

Diced White Onions

Diced Green Onions

Diced Waterchesnut

Soy Sauce

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Egg Roll Wrapper


Cornstarch and water mixed together for glueing.


Cut eggroll wrapper into half, triangle shape.


Lay out a spoonful of mix and roll.


Fry in medium heat. DO NOT DEEP FRY. Have enough oil to turn the lumpiang shanghai on its other side.
