Chicken Curry

Chicken, cut in pieces

Garlic

Onions

Ginger

Fish Sauce Freshly  ground black pepper

1 Can Coconut Milk

1 Tablespoon Curry

1 teaspoon Chili Pepper

Potatoes

Carrots

Red Bell Peppers

Marinade chicken in fish sauce and black pepper.

Saute garlic. onions, ginger.

Add chicken together with marinade.

Cook until the oil from chicken is left in pan.

Add potatoes and carrots

When potatoes are done, add curry and chili, mix well.

Add coconut milk. Let it boil.

Add red peppers.

Simmer until sauce thickens.
