Goto & Tokwa’t Baboy

All time favorite is Rice Porridge sauteed in ginger usually with chicken but in my hometown Marikina, we make it with beef. Best eaten with Tokwa’t Baboy (Fried Tofu and Fried Pork drenched in soy sauce,vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and chili. I learned from my Pasig friends that they scoop the tokwa’t baboy and scoop it into the goto and eat them together and yes it is yummy that way!
