Meatballs with Shiitake Mushrooms

1 box of 850 grams of Meatballs

10 Shiitake Mushrooms


1 Medium Onion, sliced

1 can Beef gravy

1 can Beef Broth

Ground Pepper

Marinate shiitake mushrooms in hot water, slice thinly.

Saute garlic and onions. Add meatballs, stir until cooked.

Add sliced mushrooms.

Add beef broth and beef gravy.

Season with freshly ground pepper.

Lay on top of already prepared mashed potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.ImageImageImage
