Pansit ni Cris


1 Large Package of Pancit Canton

1 Package of Pancit Bihon



Sliced Chicken marinated in soy sauce

Green Beans, sliced diagonally

Carrots, julienned

Cabbage, cut in strips

Soy Sauce

Ground Black Pepper

Wonton Powder Soup Mix or Chicken Powder Soup Mix



Saute garlic and onions

Add Chicken, simmer until cooked.

Add all the vegetables.

Season with soy sauce and ground pepper.

Set aside.

Boil 4 cups of water. Add 2 TBSP of wonton powder.

Add the Pancit Canton. Immediately remove from heat and allow the noodle to absorb the liquid. Mix gently.

Do the same with the Pancit Bihon.

Mix the Canton and Bihon gently. Add soy sauce to taste. Add freshly ground black pepper.

Add 3/4 of the chicken and vegetables to the noodles.

top the mixed pancit with remaining chicken and vegetables.
