• 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium sized onion, diced
  • garlic
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced or shredded roasted chicken breast , legs and thighs (the one you buy at grocery stores)
  • 5 cups water or chicken broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni or 2 gatang of elbow macaron
  •  carrots, diced
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablspoon fish sauce
  • 1 piece bacon
  • slliced Vienna Sausage


  1. Melt butter
  2. Saute garlic and onions and cook until transluscent
  3. Put-in the shredded chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
  4. Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. Add macaroni, saute well.
  6. Add chicken broth or water. Let it boil
  7. Add carrots. 
  8. When elbow macaroni is cooked, add bacon, sliced Vienna sausage and cheese.
  9. Season to taste.
