1 can Cream of Chicken Soup and1 can Chicken Stock
1 can Tomato Soup and 1 can Chicken Stock
1 Chicken Breast
Chopped Garlic (1/4 of Garlic head)
1 chopped Onion
2 teaspoon Cumin or 2 teaspoon Taco Mix
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or Chili Flakes ( add more if you want it spicier)
2 Chicken Cubes
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Boil Chicken breast with 1 chicken cube. Let cool and flake or chop.
In medium saucepan, heat olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon cumin and 1 teaspoon cayenne before the oil gets hot.
Saute chicken flakes, cover for a few minutes.
Add in Cream of Chicken, Tomato Soup and Stock.
Bring to boil.
Add in 1 teaspoon cumin.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finish off with a dollop of sour cream.
Top with cheese and nacho chips.
