Paella de Mariscos

PAELLA DE MARISCO

 

Olive Oil

Garlic

Diced Onions

Squid

Shrimps

Mussels

1 Tbsp Paprika

1/2 Tbsp Chili

5 cups Fish or Mussels Stock

2 cups Arborio or Japanese Rice

1 cup tomato sauce

Fry shrimps in olive oil. Set Aside

Boil mussels in 6 cups water

Slice squids put aside.

Sautee garlic, onions. Add squid, add salt, parika and chili.

Add rice, mix well. Add tomato sauce.

Add fish broth. (You can just add fish sauce to the mussel broth)

Boil in high heat.

Turn heat down. Simmer. Do not stir.

When rice is almost cooked, put mussels and shrimps.

Serve with lemon wedges.
