Celine’s Garlic Spaghettini (Angel Hair Pasta)


Angel Hair Pasta or Spaghettini

Olive Oil

Garlic, diced

2 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes

Parmesan Cheese




Boil pasta, salt it very well.

Save water from boiled pasta.

Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes ( for 1/2 k pasta I like to add about 1-2 tsp of red pepper flakes) on generous amount of olive oil. Don’t toast garlic. Then toss pasta. Add water ( saved from boiling) if too dry.

Add Parmesan and parsley.

Salt and pepper to taste. 

Top with crispy bacon or Hungarian Sausage.
